Still more buildings this week. This is an HO-scale factory I got for $2 at the railway swap meet.
This is a nice model. I spent some time dry brushing, washing and sealing. The photos don't really show the improvement this made but it is now a nice looking piece.
It has lots of levels for characters to move on and fight from behind. This as a fairly easy reclamation project. I still need to print off a sign for the one on the roof.
Next week I'll have a more difficult project finished.
Very nice and for 2$ an absolute bargain!
ReplyDeleteThanks! Yeah, the local railway swap meet often yields gems.
DeleteHoly Mackerel! what a find!
ReplyDeleteYeah, super happy with all of the stuff I picked up there.
DeleteHi a bit off topic but I just found your blog, and I noticed that you used these buildings for power legion and old clip minis. I'm curious if you still play power legion as I just picked up the rules. Also as a funny side note I am also Bob from Edmonton. Anyways the building look good and I have a new blog to check out.
ReplyDeleteHey other Bob in Edmonton--I hope this town is big enough for two of us! I've moved away from Power Legion towards Pulp Alley. The latter has more players familiar with the rules here in town. Not quite as thematically focused as Power Legion and not as suited for high-powered heroes but does the job well-enough for Batman and other low-powered heroes.
