IV/62 HYW English
This army comprises a mix of 28mm plastic Perry figures with a few metal and plastic GW figures thrown in to complete the mounted and auxilia units.
The hardest hitting part of the army are these GW metal knights astride plastic horses I picked up in a trade from Scott and/or Dave. To fill out the required units, I also recruited from the bit box some older metal nights (on the left).
There are four bases of 4Bd. These are all Perry plastics, mostly from their bill and bow box. But there are a few from the medieval foot box as well.
There is also one base of 3Sp, again from the Perry box. This box is a heck of a deal as most of this army was built from the one box. There is also one base of 2Ps which are old GW Bretonnian bow (the most useful plastic figure ever cast).
There are six bases of bow. I did three in the king's livery. Then I did three in mixed livery to represent contingents other nobles contributed.
There is also base of Artillery. No idea where this fellow came from--found him in a box of medieval stuff on a shelf. Probably a job-lot trade. I need to add a crewman with a torch.
Finally we have a camp. This is part of an old 1/72 Airfix Robin Hood castle that made the rounds among the club.
